Alarm
BEFORE opening the front door, take into account that the house has an alarm and you must
disable it. You only have 30 seconds to deactivate it. The security code is 2300.
Steps to deactivate the alarm:
- Touch the screen.
- Enter the code 2300.
- The alarm is deactivated.
When leaving the house, activate the alarm, close all the doors and
windows of the house, enter the code and follow the steps on the screen.

Recommendations
Las Catalinas: New beach community with beach club, restaurant, walking, and bike trails. Google map
Flamingo: Famous for its turquoise sea and white sand. With a restaurant facing the sea called Coco Loco. Google map
Conchal: This beach is famous for its white sand and turquoise sea. The waves are very calm giving security and entertainment such as snorkeling and Jet Skiing. Google map
Playa Grande: Las Baulas National Marine Park, has restaurants, a spectacular beach, and incredible waves. We recommend bringing an umbrella for shade. Google map
Playa Carbón: It is a small black sand beach that is part of the Las Baulas National Marine Park, which also protects Playa Grande and Playa Ventanas, an extensive coastal area where the leatherback sea turtles spawn.
From the west of Playa Grande you can walk to the Ventanas and Carbón beaches. Also, you can ascend the Cerro el Moro (Cabo Velas), bordered by platforms and rocky cliffs, in which, while the tide goes out, it is possible to observe small and colorful minnows. Google map
Ventanas Beach: It is the beach that continues to the north of Playa Grande. Google map
Bahia Piratas: Beautiful beach with turquoise water, white sand, and not crowed. Great for long walks, fish, and swimming. Google maps
Tamarindo: This beach is located in one of the most commercial areas of Guanacaste. It has shops, supermarkets and many restaurants. Google map
Langosta: The beach that follows Tamarindo white sand, access is through Tamarindo, it has a restaurant and a mini-supermarket. Google map
Avellanas: This beach is famous for its good waves and white sand. In addition to its restaurants facing the sea such as Lolas and La Purruja. Google map
