This gorgeous home located in Mar Vista is perfect for groups ready to relax in a beautiful home by the sea. Multiple outdoor seating areas will set you up to enjoy the sun and fresh air. Cook up delicious meals on the private gas grill, or head inside to cook in the deluxe open kitchen complete with full-size appliances and a prep island that doubles as a breakfast bar. In case someone needs to finish up some remote work or schooling, there's a desk workspace all set up off the living room. Central air conditioning will keep everyone comfortable inside between swims in the pool.

 

The bedrooms at this home are spread out across both floors, so everyone can have their choice of room with personal space. The first bedroom is just to the right when you walk through the front door - walk through the impressive castle-style double doors to find a room with bunk beds and a wide view of the front yard. Just down the hall, you'll find the second bedroom (the main bedroom of the house). This spacious suite includes an impressive closet, a private entrance to the deck, an expansive view of the deck and surrounding area, a private entrance to the outdoor shower nook, and a gorgeous en suit bathroom with a standalone shower, soaking tub, and long counter with space for double sinks. The final bedroom on this floor is in the hallway past the desk workspace - this comfortable features a three-window view of the front yard and the distant mountains. There's also a private entrance to the hallway's full bathroom, featuring a stone-inlaid standalone shower for relaxing rinses.

 

On the second floor, the fourth bedroom lies just across from the top of the stairs. This room features two nightstands, two mounted wall masks, and a lovely mountain view. The hallway's full bathroom (complete with a standalone stone shower and double sinks) can serve guests of this room. Past the upstairs living room, the fifth bedroom lies to the right and features an extra standalone fan and a private entrance to the wraparound upstairs balcony (that doubles as a lovely wide view of the oceans and mountains). The sixth and final room of the home is next door. Painted a cheerful blue, this room features an en suite bathroom (including a standalone stone shower) and a private balcony. Every bedroom features a ceiling fan for extra customized comfort.

 

What's nearby:
When the view inspires you to head to the beach, you'll be within 5.2 kilometers (three-and-a-half miles) from Flamingo, Brasilito, and Potrero. You're right by Costa Rica's Guanacaste "gold" coast. Surfers will find great waves at Playa Grande and Tamarindo, both within 23.4 kilometers (just over 14-and-a-half miles) of the home. Golfers will be just 6.5 kms (just over four miles) from the Reserva Conchal Golf Course.
